You call or text with the list. We come look, or for simple things we quote off photos. We book a block of time and work through it, and anything we can't do that day we tell you about up front instead of after.

On a bigger job, you get a written scope before anything starts, a real date on the calendar, and updates as we go without having to chase anyone. The house gets protected, and the jobsite gets cleaned up at the end of every day, not just at the end.
