How we work
Four steps, the same for a small repair and a full renovation. The thing that goes wrong on either one is usually the same thing — nobody said what was happening.
Contact
Reach out to us with your home improvement project.
Call or text with whatever's on your list. You don't need to have it figured out — a sticking door and a bathroom renovation both start the same way, with a conversation about what you want done.
Quote
We'll put together a quote for the scope of work on your project.
What you get back is a written scope, so what's included and what isn't sits on paper rather than in somebody's memory. That matters most when a job grows or changes, because the starting point is agreed, not assumed.
Schedule
We'll schedule your work with our staff and give you our estimated timeline.
You get a real date and a real timeline. If either one moves — and on renovation work, things sometimes do — you hear it from us before you have to notice. A schedule you can't trust is worse than no schedule.
Build
We'll handle your project from start to finish, providing updates as necessary. We're not happy until you are.
The work gets done, and you get told where things stand without having to ask for it. At the end there's a punch list — the small items that separate a job that's done from one that's finished. We walk it with you.
Small jobs and large projects go through the same four steps. The reason is simple: the thing that goes wrong on a small job and a large one is the same thing — nobody said what was happening. So we say it.
