Almost every failed bathroom renovation fails in the same place. Behind the tile, where nobody can see it, because whoever built it treated the substrate as an afterthought.

The membrane and substrate work is the part you're actually paying for, and the part you'll never look at. We treat it as the job, not the step to get through on the way to the tile.

Honest about scope

Moving a drain or a supply line brings in a licensed plumber. We coordinate that work; we don't claim to do it ourselves.

Everything on top of it — the tile, the waterproofing, the vanity, the trim, the finish — is ours.
