We book a block of time. We work through the list, and anything we can't do that day we tell you about up front instead of after.
When you need someone else
Anything requiring a licensed electrician, a licensed plumber, or an HVAC contractor isn't ours to do, and we won't pretend it is.
We'll tell you when that's the case, and we'd rather tell you before we start than halfway through.
