Handyman and Home Improvement in Stanhope, NJ

A renovation is two fears in one: the project runs long, and nobody tells you anything while it does. The carpentry is rarely the thing people end up unhappy about. The silence is.

This page is for the homeowner who's ready to do the kitchen or the bathroom and wants to know, before they start, how the job will actually be run.

Interior renovation, start to finish

Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile — the rooms people live in hardest. We handle the scope, the sequence of trades, and the finish work, and you get told where things stand without having to ask.

Honest about scope

A kitchen or bathroom that moves plumbing or adds circuits brings in licensed trades. Those parts are handled by licensed subcontractors, and we coordinate them. We don't claim to do that work in-house, and we won't describe the company as licensed for it.

How we work

A scope in writing before anything starts, so what's included and what isn't is on paper. A sequence you can see. A real date on the calendar, and being told if it moves. The house gets protected and the jobsite gets cleaned daily, because a tidy jobsite is also a safer and faster one.
