Pressure is the wrong variable

The right approach for siding is low pressure and the correct cleaning solution, which kills the growth rather than knocking the top off it. High pressure on vinyl siding drives water behind the panels. On wood it damages the surface.

We wash with the pressure the surface can take and let the cleaner do the work. It lasts longer and it doesn't create the next problem.

Before exterior painting

This is the required first step before exterior painting. A coating put over growth and chalk peels. We get the surface clean and dry first, then the paint has something to hold.
